Our rough proposed route is above:

The Cape Town to Cairo route has become known as “The Highway” in some circles as people say that it’s now so well travelled by many people, some on organised tours, and some privately.

Given our knowledge of some of the road conditions on the way, (particularly areas like Mozambique and Northern Kenya – the road to Marsabit), we are not so sure it won’t be somewhat similar to Outback OZ and far from a “highway”,but our rough route will certainly pass through the countries below.
